Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items or cancel your order for a refund within 7 days of placing your order. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Most refunds require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped.

Exchanges (if applicable) 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us at  customerservice@glamourconnected.com and we will help you replace the damaged item. This process takes 3-5 business days to process all defective or damaged items. 

Shipping 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
